Right of Way Minor and Concentration

Our Right of Way Program is the only program of its type in the nation. Right of Way involves public works projects that require the acquisition of private property for the public’s benefit. Through our rigorous curriculum, students will develop an understanding of and gain expertise in the Right of Way process from land acquisition through relocation requirements. Using classroom instruction, field trips, and seminars with industry professionals, our curriculum is designed to engage students by using the appropriate exposure to academics and hands-on experience so they will prove an asset to Right of Way employers upon graduation.
