The Real Estate Minor at Saint Augustine’s University affords the student the opportunity to fulfill the educational requirements for the Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) certification awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) of the National Association of Realtors®. The curriculum is specifically designed to engage the student at the introductory level and provide increasingly challenging material. The minor requires 18 credit hours.
