REM 300 - North Carolina Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course

This course is mandated by the NC Real Estate Commission for persons seeking their North Carolina Real Estate Licenses. It fulfills educational requirements for the state licensing exam. The course provides the necessary information on real estate principles and practices and has a heavy emphasis on real estate brokerage law.
