PSYCH 310 - Psychology of Adjustment

This course will discuss the dynamics of normal and maladaptive adjustment, including the study of appropriate and inappropriate reactions to frustration and stress; resolution of conflicts, fears and anxiety; building emotional stability and preventing mental illness.
