PSYCH 236 - Organizational Behavior This course emphasizes an experiential approach to the study of individual and group behavior within the context of the organization and as affected by a wide array of emerging organizational realities. It provides current and emerging theoretical and practical knowledge for understanding topics such as motivation, leadership, managerial decision-making, group processes and conflict resolutions. The major objective of this course is to understand organizational behavior concepts and models, moving from individual behavior to the group and to the organization as a whole. Prerequisites: PSYCH 132 and PSYCH 204 . (3)
