CHEM 331 - Instrumental Analysis


A course for science majors who wish to strengthen their regular training in the use of instruments. Instrumental techniques will include both chemical and biological methods of analysis. Theory and methods of electrochemistry, separation (HPLC and GC), spectroscopy, and the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Prerequisites: CHEM 241  and CHEM 342 . (3) T1 IC
