EDUCA 360 - Exploring the Arts
This course provides a survey of the basic vocabularies, materials, techniques, and thinking processes in the creation of the visual and performing arts. The teaching method is informed by the latest trends in art education and demonstrates how to motivate students to learn by integrating music, dance, visual art and theatre with other content areas. Useful for both general classroom teachers and art specialists, this course promotes art appreciation while also addressing instructional theory and methods.
