CED 440 - Financial Deal Structuring
This course will focus on the conception of funded projects, identification of public and private funds for projects, and techniques and strategies for bringing partners together to build community-based projects. Specific course materials will cover understanding financial statements and the role(s) of lending institutions, foundations, and government agencies in packaging financial deals for community-based projects.
