BUS 485 - Consumer Behavior


The study of individual, social, cultural, and environmental influences that affect consumer buying behavior. Through case studies explanatory and predictive models are used to assess influences on consumer decision-making, purchase, and consumption behaviors with a strong emphasis on implications for developing, executing and assessing marketing strategy.
